The ride of her life

August 28th, 2008

Maybe it’s just my warped sense of humour but …
bwahahahaha

AN elderly woman misunderstood instructions while checking in at Sweden’s main airport and was whisked down a baggage chute after she placed herself instead of her luggage on the belt.

The 78-year-old woman was preparing to fly from Stockholm’s Arlanda airport to Germany yesterday when she lay down on an unmanned baggage belt in the belief she was following check-in instructions, the Upsala Nya Tidning local daily reported on its website today.

She was quickly swept off to the baggage handling centre, where staff members helped get her back on her feet.

The woman suffered no serious injuries and caught her flight as planned.

The fun police strike again

August 27th, 2008

A school in Townsville has banned cartwheels and handstands because it has deemed them to be too dangerous. The school claims it is protecting the students from injury.
I agree with this decision! In fact all physical activity should be banned. From now on children should file out to the playground in an orderly manner. line up, sit down, eat their lunch, stand up, file back into the classroom and continue their lessons.
On second thought they should not be made to walk out to the playground because they could trip over and be injured. The teachers should wheel them out to the playground.
Then again, they should not go out to the playground at all. Anything could happen outdoors. Way too dangerous. Keep them inside.
Lunch is also potentially hazardous. They could choke! All their food should be placed in a blender and consumed through a straw.
Paper should be banned. Paper cuts are very painful.
Girls hair ties. Ban them. If one of them flew across the room, why, someone could lose an eye!
Who would have thought school could be such a dangerous place.
Ban schools!
I think I might buy some shares in a company that manufactures cotton wool.
The following is from an email thats been going around for years;

According to today’s regulators and educrats, those of us who
were kids in the 60’s, 70’s and early 80’s probably shouldn’t have survived, because:
Our baby cots were covered with brightly coloured lead-based paint which was promptly chewed and licked. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, or latches on doors or cabinets and it was fine to play with pans.
When we rode our bikes, we wore no helmets, just thongs and fluorescent ‘clackers’ on our wheels.
As children, we would ride in cars with no seat belts or airbags riding in the passenger seat was a treat.
We drank water from the garden hose and not from a bottle and it tasted the same.
We ate chips, bread and butter pudding and drank fizzy pop with sugar in it, but we were never overweight because we were always outside playing.
We shared one drink with four friends, from one bottle or can and no-one actually died from this.
We would spend hours building go-carts out of scraps and then went top speed down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into stinging nettles a few times, we learned to solve the problem.
We would leave home in the morning and could play all day, as long as we were back before it got dark. No one was able to reach us and no one minded.
We did not have Play stations or X-Boxes, no video games at all. No 99 channels on TV, no videotape movies, no surround sound, no mobile phones, no personal computers, no Internet chat rooms. We had friends we went outside and found them.
We played elastics and street rounders, and sometimes that ball really hurt.
We fell out of trees, got cut and broke bones but there were no lawsuits.
We had full on fist fights but no prosecution followed from other parents.
We played knock-down-ginger and were afraid of the owners catching us.
We walked to friend’s homes.
We also, believe it or not, WALKED to school; we didn’t rely on mummy or daddy to drive us to school, which was just round the corner.
We made up games with sticks and tennis balls.
We rode bikes in packs of 7 and wore our coats by only the hood.
The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke a law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law. This generation has produced some of the best risk-takers and
problem solvers and inventors, ever. The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.

We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned how to deal with it all.

And you’re one of them. Congratulations!

Osama Bin Laden for president

August 27th, 2008

Former Texas Rep. Charlie Wilsonyes, that Charlie Wilson — was speaking at an anti-war rally when he, um, flubbed a line:

“We should be led by Osama bin Laden,” he said, then quickly corrected himself. “I mean Obama and Biden.”

Meanwhile over at the Democratic convention in Denver, Biden is proving himself to be a formidable opponent for the Republicans.

In three sets of unscripted and sometimes rambling remarks Tuesday, Biden thanked God that one of his audiences was overwhelmingly female, called Michelle Obama’s convention speech “the most remarkable speech I have heard in my life” and predicted it would propel him and running mate Barack Obama to victory in the fall.

He also said he didn’t care about the press, that Obama has a “sixth sense” and Delaware Gov. Ruth Ann Minner has “the most incredible story in American politics,” that he and Barack Obama had “the most incredible opportunity … since Franklin Roosevelt.” And he choked up a handful of times, once wiping away tears after proclaiming that having a chance to be vice president pales in comparison to representing Delaware in the Senate.

Yep, those Republicans must have been devastated to hear Obama had chosen Biden as his running mate.
Biden himself must be relieved to have been chosen by a ‘black man’ who is, to use his own words, “articulate and bright and clean” and most importantly, not Indian, [ “You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking.”]
Former president Bill Clinton also had a few words to say;

Bill Clinton appeared to undermine Sen. Barack Obama again Tuesday.

The former president, speaking in Denver, posed a hypothetical question in which he seemed to suggest that that the Democratic Party was making a mistake in choosing Obama as its presidential nominee.

He said: “Suppose you’re a voter, and you’ve got candidate X and candidate Y. Candidate X agrees with you on everything, but you don’t think that candidate can deliver on anything at all. Candidate Y you agree with on about half the issues, but he can deliver. Which candidate are you going to vote for?”

Then, perhaps mindful of how his off-the-cuff remarks might be taken, Clinton added after a pause: “This has nothing to do with what’s going on now.”

And Obama proved once again that he is prepared to exploit his own children, to achieve his dream of being president.

Sick Sharia loving freaks

August 24th, 2008

I was curious about the psychology behind a group whose hatred of females is so intense that they slaughtered female goats whose tails pointed upwards, because their private parts were exposed.
Who even see fruit and vegetables as male and female, and ban women from buying male vegetables.
This explains a lot;

Just recently, the Taliban issued a new set of 30 rules to its fighters.

Many of the instructions were to be expected: rule No. 25 commands the murder of teachers if a warning and a beating does not dissuade them from teaching. No. 26 outlines the exquisite delicacy of burning schools and destroying anything that aid organizations might undertake — such as the building of a new road, school or clinic. The essence of the other rules are easily left to the imagination, basically involving what militant Islam is about: vile hate, death and destruction.

But there is a curious rule that the Western media has typically ignored. Rule No. 19 instructs that Taliban fighters must not take young boys without facial hair into their private quarters.

Right.

(Cough and clearing of the throat).

Aside from the question of what is permitted if a young boy does happen to have facial hair, this new Taliban commandment brings light to a taboo pathology that underlies the structures of militant Islam. And it is crucial to deconstruct the meaning of this rule — and the horrid reality that it represents — because it serves as a gateway to understanding the primary causes of Islamic rage and terror.

Rule No. 19 obviously indicates that the sexual abuse of young boys is a prevalent and institutionalized phenomenon among the Taliban and that, for one reason or another, its widespread practice has become a problem.

The fact that Taliban militants’ spare time involves sodomizing young boys should by no means be any kind of surprise or eyebrow raiser. That a mass pathology such as this occurs in a culture which demonizes the female and her sexuality — and puts her out of mind and sight — is only to be expected. To be sure, it is a simple given that the religious male fanatic who flies into a violent rage even at the thought of an exposed woman’s ankle will also be, in some other dysfunctional and dark secret compartment of his fractured life, the person who leads some poor helpless young boy into his private chambers.

The key issue here is that the demented sickness that underlies Rule No. 19 is by no means exclusive to the Taliban; it is a widespread phenomenon throughout Islamic-Arab culture and it lies, among other factors, at the root of that culture’s addiction to rage and its lust for violence, terror and suicide.

There is a basic and common sense empirical human reality: wherever humans construct and perpetuate an environment in which females and their sexuality are demonized and are pushed into invisibility, homosexual behaviour among men and the sexual abuse of young boys by older men always increases. Islamic-Arab culture serves as a perfect example of this paradigm, seeing that gender apartheid, fear of female sexuality and a vicious misogyny are the structures on which the whole society functions.

It is no surprise that John Racy, a psychiatrist with much experience in Arab societies, has noted that homosexuality is “extremely common” in many parts of the Arab world. [1] Indeed, even though homosexuality is officially despised in this culture and strictly prohibited and punishable by imprisonment, incarceration and/or death, having sex with boys or effeminate men is actually a social norm. Males serve as available substitutes for unavailable women. The key is this: the male who does the penetrating is not considered to be homosexual or emasculated any more than if he were to have sex with his wife, while the male who is penetrated is emasculated. The boy, however, is not considered to be emasculated since he is not yet considered to be a man. A man who has sex with boys is simply doing what many men (especially unmarried ones) do. [2] And this reality is connected to the fact that, as scholar Bruce Dunne has demonstrated, sex in Islamic-Arab societies is not about mutuality between partners, but about the adult male’s achievement of pleasure through violent domination. [3]

While secrecy and taboo surround this phenomenon, some courageous Arabs have dared to discuss and expose it. Walid Shoebat, for instance, a former Palestinian terrorist, has openly related the abuse of young boys in Palestinian Muslim society. He himself witnessed a line of shepherd boys waiting for their turn to sodomize a five-year-old boy. [4] Amnesty International has also reported that Afghan warlords routinely sexually victimize young boys and film the orgies. [5] (The sexual abuse of young girls in this environment is also obviously widespread). [6]

Mosques. What’s going on?

August 23rd, 2008

A new British documentary. “Undercover Mosques: The Return”

In the new documentary, a female reporter attends prayer meetings at an important British mosque which claims to be dedicated to moderation and “dialogue with other faiths”.
According to Channel 4, “she secretly films sermons given to the women-only congregation in which female preachers recite extremist and intolerant beliefs”.

In one scene, as hundreds of women and some children come to pray, a preacher calls for adulterers, homosexuals, women who act like men and Muslim converts to other faiths to be killed, saying: “Kill him, kill him. You have to kill him, you understand. This is Islam.”

Channel 4 also said that in the same mosque, “the reporter visits the bookshop and discovers books and DVDs still on sale, promoting extremist, anti-Semitic, misogynistic and intolerant messages”.

The undercover reporter also “films inside a key Saudi-funded Muslim organisation, which claims to promote tolerance and integration yet distributes literature which promotes intolerance for non-Muslims, an extreme version of sharia law and teachings which support discrimination against women”.

In addition, Undercover Mosque: The Return also “investigates the role of the Saudi Arabian religious establishment in spreading a hard-line, fundamentalist Islamic ideology in the UK - the very ideology the government claims to be tackling”.

I wonder if this one included a torture chamber.

Kevin and Barry save the world

August 23rd, 2008

OK. It’s my own fault. I shouldn’t have been drinking coffee at the same time as reading anything to do with Kevin world leader extraordinaire Rudd.

PRIME Minister Kevin Rudd discussed an array of global issues in a conversation today with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama.

This is the bit that I nearly choked to death on, and caused coffee to come out my nose.

A spokesman for Mr Rudd said he spoke to Senator Obama this morning and they had a “lengthy discussion” covering climate change, non-proliferation and Asia Pacific relations.
“Both Mr Rudd and Senator Obama agreed that Australia and the United States would need to work closely to help shape the future global agenda in each of these areas,” he said.

I’m still not sure if I was snorting with laughter or fear.

Australia, outraged over Japanese whaling, murders baby whale.

August 23rd, 2008

JAPANESE whaling ships caught 211 whales during their three-month voyage in the northwest Pacific, the fisheries agency said.

Australia and most other Western nations have opposed Japan’s whaling, arguing that it is inhumane and endangers a growing whale-watching industry

I understand that the baby whale Colin/ Colette was almost certainly going to die anyway. What I don’t understand is why some of the people who came up with ingenious ways of feeding the whale weren’t given the chance to try and help.
It’s all very sad but it’s nature, said the authorities. Who are these puritans? These so called experts?
Why is it that human intervention is OK when it comes to murdering a baby whale but human intervention to try and save a baby whale is an absolute No No.
How much do these experts really know? I had been hearing that Colin was close to death for a couple of days but she still had enough strength left when they were trying to kill her to thrash about madly and drag the boats about 50m.

Grown men and locals living around the Basin in Pittwater were in tears as vets sedated the baby whale in shallow water yesterday morning, six days after it sought refuge in the sheltered waters in Sydney’s north.

Witnesses said the calf was still thrashing and splashing as it was tied to NPWS boats and taken the 300m to the beach before it was euthanased inside a tent.

It was inhumane. The whale was struggling so much it dragged the boats about 50m,” local resident Cherie Curchod said.

Ms Curchod said Colette was blowing and thrashing and trying to get away during its final moments alive as it was pulled up on to the beach.
Surfwatch director Michael Brown said the baby was given no dignity to allow the sedatives to take effect.

“For Gods sake, it’s a baby, it’s been through hell. It’s been separated from its mother and it is confused. I have never seen anything like this,” Mr Brown said.

“It has been a comedy of errors all week and I can’t understand why they didn’t let it die quietly.”

One man when denied the opportunity to try his invention was told by the puritan in authority that he wasn’t allowed to help because they didn’t want him to harm the whale.
The authority figure appeared to be totally oblivious to the absurdity of the comment that had just dribbled out of his mouth.

NPWS spokesman John Dengate said “these things are never nice to watch” but it was better than a lingering death for the whale, which was injured and attacked by parasites.

He said the NPWS would be exploring the fresh ideas people had come forward with regarding feeding baby whales and other suggestions, which could be taken up more quickly in the future.

John Dengate is a condescending f…wit! They’ll be exploring the fresh ideas people had come forward with regarding feeding baby whales. What a joke. They had a perfect opportunity to explore some of those fresh ideas and they rejected them because after all, what would ordinary Australians know. John Dengate and his colleagues are the EXPERTS!

Storms are brewing and climate change isn’t responsible

August 22nd, 2008

The geek who’s running the country, but never seems to be here, can’t wait to destroy the economy.

AUSTRALIA’S business leaders have thrown a political time bomb into the Rudd Government’s lap.

Business rejection of the Government’s emissions trading system model has lethal consequences.

It signals that Australia is moving into dangerous territory for individual corporates, the economy and investor confidence.

The analysis unveiled yesterday by the Business Council of Australia says the Government’s ETS green paper “leaves too much scope for uncertainty for business to continue to invest in existing and new facilities”.

This warning constitutes a degree of commercial threat dangerous for any government to ignore.

It is contained in the commissioned report by Port Jackson Partners on the application of the green paper’s ETS to 14 businesses across Australia’s trading sector, the first such corporate analysis.

This was led by former federal government senior economist Rod Sims.

Its sharpest conclusion projects the Rudd model to 2020, assumes a $40-a-tonne carbon price and concludes that corporate boards “will be unlikely to invest while such outcomes are possible”.
The graphic shows a series of financial disasters.

The Rudd Government’s response to climate change now becomes a diabolical challenge. It is trapped between its political pledge to price carbon to alter investment flows and this business analysis showing that under Rudd’s model, a range of Australian-based companies will struggle to stay viable, facing hefty profit declines, a crippling of new investment and significant carbon leakage offshore at Australia’s economic cost.

Sheik Cats meat pays his respects.

CONTROVERSIAL Sheik Taj al-Din al-Hilali has attended today’s Lakemba funeral for an armed robber shot dead during an attempted bank heist.
More than 200 mourners have gathered at Lakemba Mosque in western Sydney at midday (AEST) to pay their respects to Kaled Dib, 25, who died after geing shot in the chest by a security guard on Tuesday night.

Dib’s coffin, draped in a green cloth with Arabic writing on it, was carried in by crying mourners as a small uniformed police presence kept watch on the proceedings in Wangee Rd.

The street was blocked off for the procession, which was attended by Sheik Halali

Kaled Dib has been described by a relative as a good man and the best guy in the world. His criminal record tells a different story.

THE dark violent criminal past of the masked armed robber shot dead at Parramatta has been revealed as police say the security guard who shot him is unlikely to face murder charges because it seems clear he acted in self-defence.

The Daily Telegraph Online can reveal the dead would-be robber, Kaled Dib, 25, of Lidcombe, was convicted of assaulting two security guards at Parramatta’s Albion Hotel earlier this year.
He also had unlicensed driving convictions from 2007 and police intelligence reports linked him to the drug trade, armed robberies and to criminals linked to armed robberies, police sources have confirmed.

I have absolutely no sympathy for Kaled Dib or any other Lebanese Muslim thugs.
Read this, from Atlas shrugs

Good decent Australians have been driven out of their homes by these Godless savages, Australians who have fought for the country and their children and grand children, these Godless savages are now rampaging through at every opportunity available to them in order to turn Australia into the type of Islamic cesspool that these Godless savages created and then ran away from.

Picture this : “3 mohammads” decide to rob a cash security van, security guard shoots back and hits one of these Godless savages in the chest, these three brave sons of allah immediately bolt as quickly as possible

They dump the “shot mohammed” at Aurburn Hospital, because even these sons of allah, realize he is screwed and needs some “white mans medicine” in order to survive his gunshot injury.

The two Godless savages who were not shot send a text message to the relations of the shot Godless savage, advising them he is in hospital….. in true muslim, aka”Religion of Peace” tradition the Godless savages soon descend upon the hospital, rioting and threatening all sorts of violence against nurses, doctors and hospital staff unless the now, rotting decomposing corps of what is no doubt one of allah’s favourite sons and as islams left apologists, will describe in the days ahead as a “very Religious man” or having a “heart of gold” “a very community minded person” yadda yadda yadda , blah blah blah,is returned immediately to them, I guess so they can bury the evidence.

Some 50 + of these GODLESS SAVAGES rampaged outside & inside Auburn Hospital, a PUBLIC hospital for ALL Australians funded by AUSTRALIANS, however since the colonization, by the Australian Labor Party’s favorite members of the Religion of Peace, this and many other Hospitals in Australia are now, “no go zones” for what these savages, and their facilitators and supporters call “Ausssie Skips & Sluts” (Skip = Australian, Slut = Australian Female or infidel victim of Muslim gang rape attack)

Here’s more on the problem of Middle Eastern crime
Read the entire excellent essay by Tim Priest.

The Middle Eastern cycle of violence is not local. It can occur on the central coast, around Cronulla, Bondi, Darling Harbour, Five Dock, Redfern, Paddington, anywhere in Sydney. Unlike their Vietnamese counterparts, they roam the city and are not confined to either Cabramatta or Chinatown. And even more alarming is that the violence is directed mainly against young Australian men and women. There is a clear and definite link between violent attacks on our young men and women being racial as well as criminal. Quite often when taking statements from young men attacked by groups of Lebanese males around Darling Harbour, a common theme has been the racially motivated violence against the victims simply because they are Australian.
